Suhaila Salimpour is the world’s most acclaimed teacher, choreographer and performer of belly dance. A second-generation belly dancer, Suhaila has developed a format combining her heritage with classical dance training. After being the first belly dancer featured on Arab American Television, Suhaila taught her unique format around the world. She returned to the U.S. to open her school and offer the first certification program available in belly dance. Suhaila International, LLC creates instructional and performance materials for dancers and percussion artists. Offerings include DVDs, CDs, printed manuals, online classes and workshops for all levels.
